We want you to love every product you order from SK – Sports Kingdom, whether it’s a ready-to-ship item or a fully customized jersey made just for you. Here’s everything you need to know about our return and exchange process.
Standard Shop Items (Non-Custom Products)
What Can Be Returned or Exchanged:
We want you to love your purchase — but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.
You can return or exchange any product within 30 days of receiving your order, whether:
The item doesn’t fit as expected
You received the wrong product
There’s a defect or damage
Or even if you simply changed your mind
No matter the reason, no matter the condition — we happily accept all returns and exchanges.
Hassle-free. No questions asked.
Conditions:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in-original condition with tags and packaging intact.
In all cases, the customer will bear the return charges.
For exchanges, shipping/delivery charges will apply.
Exchange Process:
Email us at support@sksportskingdom.com within 7 days of delivery.
Mention your order number, reason for exchange/return.
We’ll guide you through the exchange steps.
Refunds (If Applicable):
Refunds are issued only for defective or incorrect items if a replacement is not possible.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 –7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Custom Orders (Teamwear, Personalized Jerseys, etc.)
Because custom apparel is made specifically for you — including personal names, numbers, logos, or sizing preferences — we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made items unless there is a clear manufacturing error or defect.
What Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged:
Incorrect size selection by the customer.
Change of mind after order confirmation.
Custom orders with personalized prints, names, numbers, or logos.
What May Be Eligible:
We will offer a replacement or partial refund only if:
You receive a different size, color, or design than what was confirmed in your order.
There is a clear manufacturing defect or printing error.
In Case of Issues with Custom Orders:
Please email support@sksportskingdom.com within 3 days of delivery, along with:
Your order number
Photos of the product showing the issue
A description of the problem
We’ll review your case and do our best to resolve it fairly and quickly.

FAQ
Can I return or exchange a jersey if it doesn’t fit me?
Yes, if it’s a standard, non-custom product, you can request a return or size exchange within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. For customized jerseys, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to sizing, since they are made-to-order.
What if I received the wrong product or a damaged item?
We sincerely apologize! If you received the wrong size, color, or a defective item, please contact us at support@sksportskingdom.com or Call/WhatsApp at +92 333 5722 353 within 3 days of delivery. Share your order number and photos of the issue — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund quickly.
Can I return a custom jersey if I selected the wrong size by mistake?
No, unfortunately, customized items cannot be returned or exchanged if the wrong size was chosen by the customer. We highly recommend checking our Size Guide carefully or contacting our team before placing your order.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
For size-related exchanges on non-custom items, the customer may be responsible for the return and reshipping charges.
When will I receive my refund/exchange?
We process refunds and exchanges as quickly as possible to ensure you’re not left waiting.
For Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you paid via UPI or bank transfer, we may request your account details.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated. Please note, your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.
For Exchanges:
After we receive your return and confirm its condition, your replacement item will be shipped within 5–7 business days.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as the exchange order is dispatched.
